Getting There
Getting There: Plan for a Rental Car
The venue is in a genuinely remote area of the Catskills. Rideshare services are unavailable. We strongly recommend renting a car.

Carpooling is a great option. If you'd like help identifying other guests in your area to coordinate a ride with, reach out to us directly and we'll connect you.
What to Wear
Dress Code
Friday Night Welcome Braai: Autumnal Comfort
The dress code for our braai is autumnal comfort. We will be listening to music, playing lawn games, and hanging out by the fire. Jeans and a nice top or sweater would be perfect for the occasion.

Wedding Day: Formal Attire with a Touch of Whimsy
For the ladies: Floor-length dresses or elegant jumpsuits are welcome. Think jewel tones, velvet, or romantic flowy materials that feel at home in a forest setting.

For the gents: Suit and ties please. You're welcome to add personality to your look through interesting materials, textures, patterns, and colors. No pastels please.

Footwear: Please keep in mind that many elements of the day will be held outside in the grass, so choose your footwear accordingly.
What to Pack
Pack for the Catskills in September
Days will be crisp and beautiful — highs in the mid-60s°F. But once the sun goes down, temperatures in the mountains drop quickly, often into the low 40s°F overnight. Bring real layers: a warm jacket, a cozy sweater or flannel, and something heavier if you run cold. You'll be outside for parts of each evening, and you'll be glad you came prepared.
We highly recommend bringing a pair of sneakers or comfortable walking shoes to enjoy the property's private trails and explore the grounds. Additionally, please remember to pack a bathing suit to take full advantage of the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and river activities available throughout the weekend.
